Decatur is located inside I-285, approximately 6.5 miles east of Atlanta. There are three convenient MARTA stations within the city limits of Decatur and plenty of parking. Decatur was named after a 19th century U.S. Naval hero, Stephen Decatur. The community is still genuinely connected to its history.
